This Privacy Policy explains how drkflokryft ("we", "our", or "us") handles information in the MindCalm mobile application ("the App").

Important Notice: MindCalm is an informational tool for mindfulness breathing and relaxation. It is not a clinical therapeutic tool or medical counseling service. For psychiatric or chronic anxiety concerns, please seek professional clinical treatment.

1. Information Collection and Use

1.1 No Personal Data Collected

MindCalm is designed as an offline-first application:

We do not require, prompt, or collect any personal identifiers, email addresses, names, or contact credentials.
No accounts are created, and no user profiles are hosted on any remote database.

1.2 Local Storage on Device

All logs, progress, histories, and configurations are stored strictly on your local device:

We utilize encrypted key-value stores (Hive boxes) and lightweight relational databases embedded on your hardware.
Deleting the App will permanently delete this local data; we do not keep backups or synchronizations in the cloud.

2. Third-Party Services & Data Collection

To sustain the App as a free resource, we display advertisements on mobile devices. These services may collect device telemetry:

Google AdMob & UMP: Used to deliver mobile ads. Google may use identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA) and cookies to serve ads based on your visits.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Used anonymously to monitor crash logs and performance metrics to help us optimize the user experience. No personally identifiable data is sent.

3. Children's Privacy

Our App does not collect any personal data from anyone, including children under 13. Since we do not store personal profiles, we comply with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and general Google Play family protection rules.

4. Consent Choices

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), a GDPR consent form powered by Google UMP is displayed on launch. You can update or retract your consent choices at any time inside the App's Settings menu.
